Director of Surgical Services

Key Responsibilities: Manages the financial, human, and other resources for the facilitation of exceptional patient care within the surgical services department Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the full spectrum of surgical patient care Accurately identify real/potential problems affecting the service and implements solutions with follow through and communication Develops and implements surgical services policies, procedures, and practices for assigned areas of responsibility. Key Requirements: Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license within the state of practice Minimum of 5 years of experience as an OR RN Minimum of 5 years of OR leadership experience CNOR preferred but not required Compensation and Schedule: Salary range beginning around $147K but can be considerably higher based on years of experience and skills Comprehensive benefits plan Day shift, Monday - Friday (8 hour days) Student loan repayment programs
