Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure and ensure efficient operations. This role involves managing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services that support the business objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. - Oversee IT end-user operations to ensure high availability and performance of all systems and applications. - Collaborate with other departments to assess operational needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. - Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and guidance. - Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. - Ensure operational compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and evaluate their potential application within the organization for Infrastructure and operations. Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 15 years of relevant experience in IT. Preferred Skills : - Experience with IT operational platforms and services. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) preferred. - Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices. - Knowledge of Microsoft InTune, O365, and IT asset management preferred.
