With innovation at our core, we empower advertisers to take back control of their media strategies. The Role: We're seeking a commercially-minded Business Lead to drive our growth in Singapore. This is a senior leadership role, working closely with the Managing Director, APAC, to scale our operations, expand strategic partnerships, and foster a strong team culture. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing our local go-to-market strategies while shaping the future of programmatic advertising across Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the Singapore team, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture. * Own and execute the local commercial strategy, with full responsibility for revenue growth, market penetration, and client satisfaction. * Drive new business development and strategic partnerships across agencies, brands, and demand-side platforms. * Act as a key strategic partner to the Managing Director, supporting regional expansion and business scaling. * Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the ecosystem (media agencies, trading desks, brands, tech partners). * Drive GTM strategies tailored to the Singapore market with a deep understanding of local nuances. * Ensure alignment between sales, operations, product, and marketing to support business growth. * Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting career development and team well-being. What We're Looking For: * 8 years of experience in AdTech, with proven success in commercial leadership roles. * Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, particularly on the demand side. * Experience leading and scaling teams in high-growth environments. * Demonstrated success in building and executing GTM strategies in Singapore or SEA markets. * Strong track record of stakeholder management and strategic partnerships. * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * A natural people leader who values culture, collaboration, and mentorship.
