Reliance Infrastructure - SAP SD Consultant - E2E Implementation

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 4 to 12 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, customization, support, and enhancement of SAP SD modules to meet business requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understand business processes, translate requirements into SAP solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP SD implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. - Analyze business requirements related to sales, shipping, billing, and pricing processes and map them into SAP SD functionalities. - Design, configure, and customize SAP SD modules to support various business processes such as order to cash, pricing, credit management, delivery, billing, and returns. - Develop functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects) related to SD. - Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (MM, FI, WM, PP, QM) and technical teams (ABAP developers, BASIS) to ensure smooth integration and data flow. - Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations on SAP SD best practices and process improvements. - Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate SAP SD solutions. - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues, including patching, upgrades, and enhancements. - Develop and deliver training materials, user manuals, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users. - Assist in data migration activities for SD master and transactional data. - Participate in project status meetings, prepare reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders. - Stay updated on the latest SAP SD trends, releases, and innovations to recommend improvements. Required Skills and Competencies : - Strong knowledge of SAP SD module, including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management. - Proficiency in SAP Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Invoice Verification, and Pricing Procedures. - Experience with SAP integration points with MM (Material Management), FI (Financial Accounting), and other modules. - Understanding of SAP SD business processes such as Sales Order to Cash cycle, Distribution, and Logistics. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and provide SAP-compliant solutions. - Experience in preparing functional design documents, test cases, and training materials. - Hands-on experience with SAP SD configurations like condition techniques, output determination, and partner functions. - Familiarity with SAP tools like LSMW or BDC for data migration. - Knowledge of SAP enhancement framework including user exits, BADIs, and enhancements. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience. - Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - SAP SD certification is a strong plus. - Experience working in multinational organizations or consulting firms. - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution module will be an added advantage. - Experience in working with cloud-based SAP solutions and Fiori apps. - Knowledge of integration with CRM, EDI, and third-party logistics systems. Experience : - Minimum 4 years and up to 12 years of experience in SAP SD consulting. - Proven track record of end-to-end SAP SD implementations and support projects. - Experience in different phases of the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live and post-production support. - Hands-on experience in customizing SAP SD configurations and delivering process improvements.
