What you will be working on: Develop project plans (including change management) with stakeholders and/or external consultants, defining business requirements, ensuring governance standards, identifying risks, and ensuring feasibility with contingency plans. Manage and oversee project implementation, ensuring deliverables meet scope, evaluating options for time, resources, cost, and risk. Review and refine contractual provisions to cover project risks and manage procurement, ensuring clarity and consistency in contracts. Lead stakeholder consultations throughout the project lifecycle to align expectations, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and obtain buy-in. Manage the SDLC cycle of systems, including maintenance of existing systems. Evaluate technological options, understanding implications to balance cost/benefit and future limitations. Stay updated on emerging technologies, analyze trends, and recommend impacts on business goals. Conduct regular reviews of IT systems, policies, and standards for relevance and compliance. What we are looking for: Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Project Management. Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in project management, application maintenance, or user support roles. At least 2 years of experience in planning, managing, and deploying Cloud services (Azure and AWS). Hands-on experience with ITSM processes or knowledge of ITIL standards. Strong knowledge of technology platforms, including Microsoft .NET, low-code platforms, and Enterprise Service Bus. Experience with Agile methodologies. IT governance experience in the government sector is an advantage. Knowledge of IAM concepts, DevOps practices, and tools is an advantage. Strong negotiation, risk management, and issue resolution skills.
