Account Manager

Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Manage and renew service contracts to maintain client satisfaction. Present inspection reports and identify equipment deficiencies to clients. Consult with clients to ensure they meet annual compliance requirements. Advocate on behalf of clients with the Operations team to ensure their needs are met. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring each client receives top-notch service. Assist the outside sales team in acquiring new business. Negotiate terms that benefit both the client and Onyx-Fire. Achieve retention and sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Qualifications: 3 years in account management, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in fire protection or mechanical/electrical contracting is a definite asset. Fire technical background is an asset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle and execute multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Proven track record in account management and client retention. Background in HVAC/electrical industry is an asset.
