Job Description : We are looking for an experienced and proactive ServiceMax Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality field service solutions using the ServiceMax platform built on Salesforce. This role involves end-to-end solution design, development, configuration, and integration with a focus on performance, scalability, and user Responsibilities : - Design and develop ServiceMax solutions tailored to business needs, focusing on modules like Work Orders, Installed Products, Entitlements, and Maintenance Plans. - Customize and configure ServiceMax on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Process Builder. - Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit). - Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of developed applications. - Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and participate in release deployments. - Maintain proper documentation of configurations, code, and solution architecture. - Mentor and guide junior team members and participate in code reviews and technical Skills and Experience : - 4 to 12 years of total IT experience with minimum 3 years of ServiceMax development experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components). - Deep understanding of ServiceMax features including : 1. Work Order Management 2. Field Service Dispatch and Scheduling 3. Preventive Maintenance Plans 4. Parts & Inventory Management 5. Service Contracts and Entitlements 6. ServiceMax Mobile App - Experience with Salesforce administration and declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Custom Objects. - Proficient in developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and external systems. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and platform limitations. - Familiarity with DevOps processes, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration Qualifications : - ServiceMax Certified Professional (Preferred but not mandatory) - Salesforce Platform Developer / Administrator Certification - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Background in Field Service Management domains (ref:hirist.tech)
