Mendix Developer We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mendix Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade low-code applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Mendix platform, a passion for rapid application development, and the ability to deliver solutions that align with business goals and user needs. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using the Mendix low-code platform. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Develop microflows, nanoflows, custom widgets, and domain models to implement robust applications. - Integrate Mendix applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and custom connectors. - Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met. - Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Participate in code reviews, testing (unit, system, and UAT), and Mendix deployment processes. - Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to best practice sharing and standardization. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and optimize application performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 510 years of total IT experience, with 3 years of hands-on experience in Mendix development. - Deep understanding of Mendix Studio Pro, domain modeling, page design, security model, and version control. - Proficient in building and integrating REST APIs, Web Services, and external data sources. - Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, SDLC practices, and DevOps concepts. - Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and understanding of data modeling. - Knowledge of front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification Strongly preferred - Experience in enterprise environments across domains such as manufacturing, finance, logistics, or retail - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP with Mendix deployment - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) (ref:hirist.tech)
