Job Description

What the role is: Provide a full range of administrative support and customer service to learners and organizations for courses under assigned portfolio(s). Deliver excellent customer experience to learners and stakeholders by adhering to service standard guidelines. Implement learning activities for the social service sector, ensuring compliance with guidelines related to the management of the Continuing Education Training centre (CET). What you will be working on: Provide customer service, course administration, and logistics support for courses, assessments, events, etc. Attend to phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries. Ensure a positive customer experience and perform reception duties as needed. Handle and process course enrolment applications from learners and organizations. Assist with admissions, processing, and screening applications. Assist with room bookings. Collaborate with Programme Managers to ensure smooth conduct of courses. Prepare and submit reports such as income and expenditure statements, course performance reports, funding reports, and space utilization. Follow up on invoices, outstanding payments, refunds, appeals, and waivers. Provide support to learners to ensure smooth daily operations of classes. Adhere to CET operational and Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) Audit and Minimum Service Standard Audit requirements. Submit enhanced Subsidy Grant Claims via the SSG Training Partners Gateway (TPG) portal. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred: Relevant experience in CET Centres.
