A rare opportunity is now open at a leading global multi-asset investment platform in Singapore, offering direct exposure to global and Asia markets and multi-manager, multi-strategy investments. We are seeking a motivated Hedge Fund Analyst to join a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to top-tier manager research and strategic portfolio construction. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Singapore-based PM and CIO on global and Asia market research and hedge fund due diligence. Conduct top-down macro and bottom-up fundamental research across asset classes and geographies. Analyze hedge funds and absolute return long-only strategies. Lead and participate in manager interviews, produce investment due diligence memos, and contribute to fund selection decisions. Monitor existing fund investments and maintain active coverage of the alternative investment landscape. Requirements: A degree in Engineering, Physics, Finance, Investment, Accounting or a related field; an MBA is a plus. 1–5 years of relevant experience in fund of funds, hedge funds, asset management, investment consulting, or sell-side research. Solid knowledge of public markets, hedge fund strategies, and manager selection. Strong Excel modeling and Bloomberg skills; Python/SQL is a bonus but not required. Fluent English communication (4/5 or above); Mandarin is a plus but not essential. Highly disciplined, self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of producing in-depth research analysis independently. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
