What the day will look like Contribute to new business / expanded business opportunities by collaborating with colleagues in Specialty and across Aon to develop solutions for clients through technical risk advisory and insurance consulting services. Generate and contribute ideas for growth initiatives across the team. Work with the Global, Regional, and Country Management Teams and Aon Service Teams to deliver a broad range of insurance solutions to the Natural Resources client base, focusing on Power and Renewables, and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Ensure discipline in work in progress, new business pipelines, and process delivery. Support APAC Renewable Energy Leader in developing strategies for sales and retention in the renewable energy sector. Maintain strong relationships with clients, projects, and prospects, including servicing existing, new, and expanded business opportunities, renewals, and amendments. Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to insurers, clients, prospects, and colleagues. Assist in claims administration, management, and advocacy as needed. Support pipeline management for responsible countries alongside the Natural Resources team Growth Lead and Sales Leader. Stay updated on sector trends relevant to Natural Resources clients and prospects. Implement best practices using various Aon Systems, including compliance, sales, and accounting systems, aligned with the Natural Resources value proposition. Ensure all client services comply with MAS regulations and Aon policies and guidelines. Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum requirement (BCP, PGI, CommGI) for registration with MAS or an acceptable equivalent qualification. Preferably previous experience in energy, power, renewables, and construction insurance sectors and client account management. Experience engaging with executive decision-makers, risk managers, C-levels, negotiation, deal structuring, and sales contracts. Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders. Self-disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, with good prioritization skills.
