Business Director (Shipping) Responsibilities Responsible for expanding business across Southeast Asia, building relationships with shipowners and ship management companies, and driving growth in crew deployment services. Lead the team to achieve the company's performance goals. Develop customer resources through multiple channels to ensure business growth. Maintain the customer management mechanism for the company and uphold customer relationships. Collaborate with relevant internal departments to provide satisfactory services to customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities (e.g., exporters, importers, freight forwarders). Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in business development within the shipping industry, with more than 3 years of team management experience. Possess extensive industry knowledge and marketing experience; understand customer and competitor dynamics. Familiar with financial management, including financial settlement, cost control, and tax planning. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficient in business strategy formulation, contract management, price negotiation, and market research.
