About the Role As the Account Director, you will be an individual contributor within an established and growing business unit at Foundry. This role focuses on driving Foundry’s Media, Data & Marketing Services proposition to direct clients across the ASEAN market. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with sophisticated B2B marketers, while managing these relationships on an ongoing basis. Additionally, you will build upon existing relationships and, most importantly, generate and nurture new connections to drive business growth. Responsibilities: Grow digital media, data, events, and services revenues from direct clients and own the sales process. Manage existing accounts to increase spending and drive growth from net-new opportunities. Find new opportunities as well as respond to new inbound leads and see them through closure. Present complex solutions and proprietary research to large groups and answer their questions. Sell integrated solutions across content, digital, data, events and especially demand generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and own the sales process. Build effective relationships with our clients. About You Over 5 years of experience in a sales role within a B2B environment. Quick to learn, especially in fast-paced, evolving contexts. Strategic mindset with a solid understanding of B2B sales and the value of first-party data. Strong oral communication skills and the ability to engage others effectively. Tenacious, goal-oriented, and persistent in achieving success. Enthusiastic with a high-energy approach to tasks. Proven sales ability, adept at using interpersonal styles to gain buy-in. Problem-solver who addresses challenges proactively. Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues Comfortable managing a pipeline and working with large sales targets. Motivated, resourceful, and passionate about the sales process. Familiar with the media landscape and interested in technology.
