Your new role •Develops, maintains and implements effective processes and procedures to manage and minimise risk •Manages all statutory non-curricular building, facilities and maintenance compliance areas •Manages the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning needs of the College, including engagement and supervision of trades people and maintenance contractors •Supports the Principal to manage complaints and issues between employees •Ensures sound resource planning, coordinates, prepares and monitors annual College budgets and medium to long term financial planning •Manages all statutory non-curricular administrative and financial •Oversees the implementation of the College’s Promotional Strategy and supervision of staff to ensure targets are achieved About You! •Expert understanding of legislation, policies and guidelines for school governance, including WHS legislation •Understanding and application of sound facilities management •Experience in identification and deployment of asset management procedures and processes •Demonstrated experience in management and supervision of a multi-disciplined team such as, administrative staff, facilities teams, suppliers and contractors •Demonstrated record of adopting a consultative and innovative approach in the delivery of finance and administrative management services •Professional qualifications in finance and/or business management •Valid Working with Children Check What's on offer?
