Lead the implementation and configuration of ADP payroll systems. Ensure adherence to awards and enterprise agreements in payroll calculations. Maintain accurate employee records for seamless payroll processing. Reconcile payroll accounts and swiftly address discrepancies. Generate and share payroll reports with relevant stakeholders. Be the go-to for payroll-related enquiries, resolving issues effectively. Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to enhance payroll systems. Key Requirements: Proven expertise in payroll processing and ADP system implementation. Comprehensive knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and employment legislation. Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality skills. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving finesse. Excellent communication and interpersonal proficiency for collaboration.
