They have thousands of employees across manufacturing sites and commercial branches, divided into Business Units. The unit of interest for this recruitment has a small branch in Emilia, but operations are primarily managed directly with the headquarters in Germany. They distribute electromechanical components for Medical, Bedding, Seating, and Office sectors, strictly B2B. Position We are seeking a Business Development / Key Account Manager Italy . The candidate will report directly to the Group Managing Director in Germany and will be responsible for consolidating the Italian client base and developing the business. The role will mainly involve activities within Italy, with regular travel to the headquarters in northern Germany for strategic meetings, technical updates, and participation in international sector trade fairs. Requirements Knowledge of sales techniques, upselling, and industrial B2B scouting Passion for social relationships Strong technical learning skills Good command of English; knowledge of French is also desirable Opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals capable of managing key markets with few clients and interesting business opportunities.
