About The Department Enterprise AI (EAI) focuses on delivering AI and machine learning models developed in collaboration with business and support units, driving the adoption of GenAI self-help across the Bank for value creation. EAI will spearhead the AIDA Center of Excellence and manage the enterprise AI platforms. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, technology, and business/support units to evaluate, solution, and deliver AI and GenAI-driven business use cases. Develop and execute plans aligned with strategic project and business objectives. Develop performant AI and GenAI capabilities through research and experimentation. Develop and deploy AI and GenAI applications using agile prototyping. Integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into the bank's ecosystem. Stay updated on emerging AI and GenAI advancements, industry best practices, and technologies. Manage stakeholder interactions and expectations effectively. Provide expertise and advisory on AI and GenAI to stakeholders. Contribute to AI and GenAI validation, guardrail, and benchmarking exercises. Job Requirements Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; GenAI thesis/publications preferred. Proven success in applying data-driven approaches to complex business or academic problems. Minimum 5 years of advanced data science experience, preferably in banking, finance, or consulting. Self-motivated team player, capable of independent work and ideation. Experience in developing AI applications using transformer models, boosting models, and advanced techniques. At least 1.5 years of full-time experience in deploying large language models (LLMs), with demonstrable achievements. Expertise in related areas such as Agentic AI, Visual, Audio, or Multimodal generation is highly desirable. Proficiency in Python, Pytorch, LangChain, and handling large datasets. Experience in end-to-end data science solutions and tools. Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with agile project management practices.
