Job Description
Role : Service Now Admin, availability to work in Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX, hybrid mode. TATA* is looking for Service Now Admin. Experience: 4 years Qualifications: System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's specific needs, including setting up modules like problem, change, and incident management. Build catalog and workspace user experiences and automated process flows. User Management: Manage user access and permissions, including creating and updating user accounts, defining roles, and ensuring proper authentication. Platform Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updating the system, applying patches, and implementing upgrades. Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve support issues reported by end-users, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime. Provide technical support to users and stakeholders. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation to assist end-users in understanding platform functionality. Train users and stakeholders on the ServiceNow platform. Data Management: Manage data within the ServiceNow platform, including data imports, exports, and transformations. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into platform performance and usage. Integration Management: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. Enhancements and Development: Deliver enhancements in customer's ServiceNow environments, including creation of service catalog items and complex workflows. Execute and coordinate the testing and quality assurance activities for new enhancements. Proactive Monitoring: Monitor the overall platform health to proactively identify potential issues. Establish regular maintenance procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow leadership, software engineers, and other stakeholders.
