Inviting application for Contracts Administrator / Manager Job Summary: Genpact’s Global Alliances and Channels (“GAC”) team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to manage and oversee contract-related activities throughout all phases of the contract lifecycle. This role ensures that contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, negotiated, executed, and maintained for compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, redline, negotiate, execute, and archive partner related agreements, including but not limited to approved governing agreements, NDAs, order forms, statements of work, change requests, and other legal documents. Ensure all contracts meet internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements. Serve as a contract advisor for field sales, channel, and partner teams, helping accelerate onboarding and renewal timelines by providing guidance on standard contract structures and acceptable modifications. Collaborate with internal departments (legal, procurement, project teams, finance) to gather information and resolve contract-related issues. Identify and escalate contractual risks and non-standard terms to Legal or executive stakeholders; ensure terms align with internal policies and industry best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents. Track key contract milestones, deliverables, expiration/renewal dates, and ensure timely follow-up. Assist with negotiating terms and conditions in collaboration with legal and business teams. Support risk management initiatives by identifying potential contract risks. Provide contract status reports and summaries to stakeholders as needed. Participate in weekly legal pipeline meetings with alliance leaders and alliance lawyers for all pending and signed agreements. Liaise directly with alliance leaders and alliance legal team on commercial and business terms. Manage contracts within legal repository, master contracts tracker, and SharePoint. Upload signed agreements with proper naming convention into legal CLM tool, Icertis. Familiarize with Genpact’s Legal Front Door (LFD) concerning contract requests. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contract Analyst, Legal Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract principles. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Good business acumen. Understand differences between partners and customers. Previous experience working with global teams and cultures. High attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract management software is a plus (DocuSign, Conga, Adobe Sign, Icertis, Icon contract management), as well as Salesforce CRM. Availability for some nights, weekends & holidays, as business needs arise, especially around the end of quarter. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in IT, SaaS, Partnerships, or Professional Services. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
