This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to oversee the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes. The Demand Planner will serve as the key point of contact between sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring alignment and meeting service level goals. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Review and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons. Reconcile variances and discuss assumptions with sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure accurate demand data. Utilize planning tools such as Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, and SAP. Coordinate with initiatives and marketing teams for promotional and new product launch forecasts. Monitor KPIs and implement improvements. Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses. Requirements: Master’s Degree 3-4 years of relevant experience Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP is a plus Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in analysis with understanding of financial and operational impacts Ability to handle high-volume data and work in a fast-paced environment Trustworthiness and professionalism in managing confidential information Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation J-18808-Ljbffr
