Engineer II [Sailpoint and Java]

ABOUT THIS TEAM: Lululemons technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. Identity and Access Management (IAM) is an important function within the Cybersecurity portfolio. The IAM team manages a variety of identity governance and access management services, including the continuous improvement of our Sailpoint IIQ implementation. The Sailpoint IIQ Engineer will further facilitate the rapid change of core security services, and enforcement of identity governance controls. We are currently searching for a self-motivated engineer with a sound security mindset. This person should have experience implementing, developing, and executing ongoing support and maintenance of Sailpoint IIQ. A DAY IN THE LIFE: Support program and project efforts through building strong relationships and partnership with key stakeholders and other Sailpoint subject matter experts Provide best practice guidance for development, engineering, and capability enablement strategies and tactics Support on-going operations enhancements and bug fixes, as needed Collaborate with GRC and other subject matter experts to establish and further enable identity and access governance capabilities Partner closely with lululemon technical teams, as well as key cybersecurity, program and technology leaders QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years hands-on technical experience including implementation, maintenance, and maturing Sailpoint IIQ technology capabilities Hands-on experience implementing Sailpoint IIQ in large enterprise Experience optimizing processes and ensuring system performance is optimal Hands-on experience with SQL and JDBC Collaborative team player, who will work closely with IAM, GRC, and other technology teams Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms Excellent technical and system documentation skills Enthusiastic about learning and enabling new IAM capabilities, while providing user-friendly, security-minded solutions MUST HAVES: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
