In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day communications with domestic and international partners. Provide essential support to the sales department, Key Account Managers and customers, assist in the efficient operation of sales processes and contribute to overall revenue growth. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, helping to streamline workflow, manage administrative tasks, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist the sales team as needed with day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotes in SAP, maintaining accurate customer records, sales documentation, and customer inquiries. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information regarding products, services, and order status in a timely and professional manner, return authorization requests, technical files requests, complaint entry and tracking, dunning process communication, technical files requests, sending pricing communications, support customer audits and order/inventory allocation. Assist if needed with presentations, proposals, sales materials for the sales team to enhance their effectiveness in client interactions, support with customer contracts such as NDA's or agreements, customer forecasts requests as well as participate in monthly customer forecast to demand review. Assist if needed with updates and maintenance of Salesforce and CRM systems, ensuring all customer information and account details are current and accurate. Assist with lead qualification from incoming requests by assessing customer needs and forwarding qualified leads to the appropriate key account manager. SAP & QlikView training for new commercial employees. Qualifications Desired experience and qualifications Work experience : minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service or administrative role. Experience in sales, specifically medical/OEM, in a plus. Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and SAP. Customer centric approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact with customers and internal teams in various countries. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Consultative and capable of resolving customer issues and supporting the sales team by addressing challenges efficiently and whenever possible proactively. Ability to work collaboratively across global teams while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
