About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our 3PL warehouse. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of operations, acting as the point of contact (PoC) between middle management at the 3PL warehouse and JD Logistics (JDL) teams. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring that costs from the 3PL to JDL are accurate and meet operational expectations. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and transportation of goods, ensuring processes are efficient and meet company standards. Coordination: Coordinate and arrange warehouse activities to ensure high efficiency and accuracy in inventory handling, meeting both internal and external client requirements. Team Management: Oversee and manage warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Work Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring all safety regulations are followed. Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy, implementing inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies. Collaboration: Work with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency, driving continuous improvements in warehouse processes. 3PL Operations: In charge of daily follow-up operations at the 3PL warehouse, acting as the point of contact (PoC) with middle 3PL management and JD Logistics teams, ensuring KPIs are met, and managing the correct cost from the 3PL to JD Logistics. Performance Monitoring: Ensure warehouse operations meet service levels and are within budget by managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and costs effectively. Qualifications: Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required (both written and spoken). Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role. Warehouse Management: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, and the ability to optimize workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvements. 3PL Management: Experience working with 3PL providers and managing day-to-day operations at third-party logistics warehouses. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
