Job Posting: LATAM External Training Manager Location: Brazil or Mexico About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven LATAM Training Manager to join our team and help drive the growth and success of our training business in the Americas region. This is a dynamic and impactful role where you will lead and manage a talented team, develop innovative training programs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Training Solutions Development: Design and develop both in-person and e-learning training solutions tailored to the needs of your market. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and peer operations teams to develop and contribute to product, marketing, and sales strategies. Financial Management: Take ownership of public training schedules, budgeting, and managing performance around financial KPIs, including sales, revenue, and profit. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of instructional designers, training coordinators, and administrative staff, ensuring continuous growth and development. Operational Excellence: Oversee administrative systems and processes, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional customer service. Coordination: Manage venue selection, contracting, and coordination for training events. Review training course occupancy and take action to ensure course profitability. Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to external and internal requirements for course delivery, including accreditation maintenance and instructor qualifications. Sales & Marketing Support: Work with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize product catalogs and identify local trends to support the business. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, learning and development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and delivering training services, preferably within a business-to-business environment and driving growth in a professional training business. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing teams, fostering an open, collaborative, and inclusive culture with a passion for people development. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and LMS platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, keeping everything on track and driving results. Languages: Strong command of English and Portuguese or Spanish, both verbal and written.
