Senior Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to join our manufacturing site in Juarez, México. How You’ll Help us Connect the World Duties and Responsibilities Leads the following departments: Stockroom/Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving, and SAP Support. Responsible for cycle counting and inventory accuracy. Assists Value Streams on inventory reduction activities and safety stock recommendations. Responsible for Shipping, Receiving, Warehousing, and Stockroom. SAP knowlage for Materials - provides factory wide support and training. Responsible for establish material flow between Sites, external warehouses and local suppliers Resposible for establishing Lean methods to supply the material to the production floor. Resposible for establishing metrics and benchmarking with other warehouses Inventory Management, Inventory Control. Required Qualifications for Consideration • Bachelor’s Degree in related area. • 3 years’ experience in similar position within a Supply Chain/Warehouse/logistics /Direct Shipment Environment • 3 years’ experience leading teams in an operations/warehouse environment on a Superintendent/management level. • Leadership, supervisory, motivation, interpersonal, and ability to work with teams skills. • 75% Spanish and English (written and spoken). • Advanced Knowledge of SAP ERP systems in Materials environment. • Able to work in a dynamic-fast paced environment open to embrace constant change as business requires.
