Regional Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary: Lead regional supply chain teams to deliver exceptional customer service, optimize costs, and improve Net Working Capital. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and guide site-level supply chain teams. 2. Manage daily KPIs and drive performance to functional goals. 3. Ensure effective onboarding of new team members. 4. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. 5. Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. 6. Lead S&OP/ S&OE processes and ensure monthly cycle meetings. 7. Optimize planning strategies using SAP 8. Drive EDI adoption for streamlined order processing and communication. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience in supply chain management - Strong leadership and communication skills - SAP ERP expertise - Ability to drive process improvements and optimize costs
