Role : IT Project Manager Location : Tijuana – Mexico (Onsite role) Mode of Hire Contract : Contract for six months Job Description We are looking for IT PM with 5 years of experience Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as necessary. Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies. Oversee the budget and ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters. Coordinate training and support for end-user’s post-implementation. Years of experience needed – Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles. Technical Skills: Working experience on Smartsheet’s is a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles. Proven experience with project management software and tools. Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Location will be Tijuana, Mexico. Certifications Needed: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
