Title: Financial Data Analyst Duration: 6 month contract to hire Location: Remote for initial 6 month period, HYRBID ONSITE in Miguel Hildalgo Must-Haves: 2 years experience as a financial or data analyst Finance Planning/Forecasting knowledge/background Demonstrated ability to interpret system challenges and identify anomalies and trends. Willingness to get involved in detailed issues, but without missing the big picture/trends that need longer-term action. Leadership/ability to coach and develop colleagues, both those in the same team and others in the broader organization. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively cross-functionally, verbally, and in writing. Strong written and verbal English skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience Well versed with IMB TM1 CPG or FMCG Hyperion Essbase Experience experience supporting a large, global organization & speaking English in current role Job Description: The Financial Data Analyst will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement of our client's tools and processes (IBM Planning Analytics & Alteryx& DL). The role acts as the first contact point for end-users related to technical and process questions. Our client's internal tool delivers a systemized capability for the complete planning & forecasting process by each customer, product, and Business Unit across the Sector, as well as reporting analytics for actuals. Ensuring a robust support and support model is a critical element for internal adoption and is critical to providing disruption-free financial capabilities to our senior management. This individual would learn this tool upon stepping into the role, and help manage FP&A process within the tool as well as gain adoption from other internal members. Pay Rate: $9.00-12.00/HR USD
