IT Systems Administrator

We seek a skilled senior IT Systems Administrator with strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will manage systems, provide first-level support for all IT-related issues in the plants, and ensure systems run optimally. They will implement technical solutions and demonstrate good interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues at all levels. The candidate will listen to technical needs, understand problems, and implement effective solutions. IT Systems Administrator Responsibilities: Install and set up computer hardware and software. Troubleshoot issues with hardware and software. Fix or replace broken hardware. Upgrade systems to ensure software compatibility. Provide user support and handle error reports. Manage internet, telephony, maintenance, and licensing contracts. Offer basic networking support and troubleshooting. IT Systems Administrator Requirements: Possesses 5-10 years of experience in computer, network, and systems maintenance. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft 365 and various Microsoft applications. Certifications such as A, ITIL, or Cisco Certified Network Associate are advantageous. Familiarity with Agile or other project management frameworks is preferred. Exhibits excellent interpersonal abilities. Shows adeptness in problem-solving. Displays meticulous attention to detail. The position requires hands-on interaction with hardware on-site.
