Overview You will be part of the HR/Talent team, supporting HR Business Partners in various business units/functions, handling onboarding, salary/benefits administration, immigration/relocation, exit clearance, and other day-to-day people matters. Responsibilities Salary/Benefits Administration Be the first point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits, salary, and insurance matters. Responsible for processing and verifying monthly payroll and reports. Ensure the personal cost tracker is updated with data on leavers and joiners. Onboarding Experience Handle all onboarding procedures, including preparing administrative documents, contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and liaising with IT and admin for onboarding new employees. Immigration/Relocation Manage work pass applications and resolve related issues. Coordinate with global mobility for employee transfers, including arrangements for accommodation and shipping. Exit Experience Serve as the main contact for outbound employees, including letter generation and last pay determination. Other People Matters Support business partners during performance reviews, promotions, salary increases, and bonus exercises. Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant legislations and internal policies. Qualifications At least 2-3 years of relevant HR operations or administration experience. Good knowledge of local labor laws. Experience across the entire employee lifecycle is essential. Experience in other industries or HR best practices is a plus. Core Competencies Meticulous and detail-oriented.
