Who we're looking for We're looking for a Sales Manager who: has 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales understands the OOH market and has worked with media agencies speaks fluent English (written and spoken) and native Polish ideally knows the pharma or health & wellness industry ✅ You're a great fit if you are: self-motivated and proactive persistent and solutions-oriented collaborative and people-friendly strategic in thinking, focused in execution ready to co-create a company that stands for something real Your responsibilities will include: selling digital OOH campaigns within our healthcare network developing relationships with media agencies and direct clients co-creating presentations and sales materials supporting business development and sales strategy representing IDS Media Poland on the B2B market What we offer B2B contract with a guaranteed base salary and performance-based bonus 26 paid vacation days per year Hybrid work model : 2 days from the office, 3 remote Private medical care Laptop, phone and all necessary tools Meaningful product with a positive social and health impact Collaborative, transparent culture with open leadership Real influence on the company's offer and direction Onboarding support and knowledge-sharing from day one International know-how and regular exchange with the wider IDS Group team across Europe
