What will you do in this role? As a Mid-eLevel Network Support Specialist , you will provide hands-on technical assistance to users and ensure smooth network operations. You’ll diagnose and resolve IT incidents, support LAN/WAN infrastructure, and contribute to the optimization of network performance and documentation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficiency and reliability across IT services. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, hardware, and software. Provide user support across network devices such as routers, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, and wireless access points. Assist with LAN/WAN network configuration and maintenance, ensuring network connectivity and uptime. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to optimize performance and implement solutions. Support ticket escalation and resolution, including first-level support by phone, email, or remote access. Participate in setup and support of onsite tech needs during internal events and office relocations. Contribute to the testing and deployment of in-house applications. Create and maintain internal documentation, including technical manuals, network diagrams, and operational reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. 2 years of experience in technical support or similar roles. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with IT network support , including basic configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. Intermediate English skills : capable of reading technical documentation, writing reports, and maintaining functional communication with international teams. Key Skills & Competencies: Moderate-level data analysis and the ability to diagnose diverse technical issues. Clear and precise documentation of technical processes and solutions. Ability to communicate technical concepts beyond the immediate IT team. Familiarity with tools like LSMW , job monitoring , and technical vendor management is a plus. Understanding of WAN/LAN infrastructure and disaster recovery basics. Experience working under structured methodologies such as ITIL , Scrum , or SAP Activate is a strong advantage.
