Human Resources Generalist

Plans and coordinates various employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, uniform distribution, orientation, etc. Organizes sports and social events to reduce employee stress and promote team integration. Negotiates with vendors to obtain better prices and service levels. Supports the Human Resources Manager and the corresponding area manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In charge of the recruitment process for both direct and indirect personnel. Responsible for administrative processes related to hiring and onboarding (contract creation, IMSS registration). Responsible for administrative control of internal movements (promotions, transfers). Responsible for proper administration and timely payment of employee labor benefits (year-end bonus, vacation). Responsible for proper administration and timely payment of superior benefits (grocery vouchers). Support in the development and execution of the annual HR operational plan. Support in the development and implementation of new internal HR policies. Support in the development and implementation of new internal HR programs. Responsible for keeping the internal payroll updated as required by internal or external departments. Responsible for maintaining the physical file of each employee up to date. Responsible for keeping all information related to EICC updated. Responsible for maintaining all EICC-related information up to date. JOB PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in mass recruitment. Knowledge of Annex 31 administration. Experience in benefits administration. Advanced English is essential. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Tress system. Teamwork skills.
