The role will involve: Handling and drafting commercial leases Managing sales and purchases of commercial and agricultural land Acting on landlord and tenant matters Advising on secured lending, planning issues and ancillary documents Supporting residential development work for small to medium-sized projects Preparing contract packs and investigating title Dealing with post-completion matters and ensuring compliance What’s on offer?
