We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high quality crew delivering some of London’s most intricate, high-end projects – think prime residential, heritage and commercial spaces that demand a sharp eye for commercial detail.Quality is very much the name of the game here. There is no micro-management here. You will be trusted to steer your own projects and keep the commercial wheels turning from pre-construction through to final account. You will be a competent operator in client meetings, knowing how to sniff out a variation before it bites and when to push back (in a professional manner). This isn’t a place where QSs are parachuted in late to solve crisis situations. You will be there in the early stages, dealing with procurement, advising during pre-construction and getting stuck into value engineering. There will be support when you need it, freedom when you don’t and high calibre colleagues to work alongside to drive projects to a successful conclusion. Culturally, this place is different to most.
