Position Summary As a Senior Administrative Assistant , you will provide high quality & proactive support to the Head of Investor Relations and your colleagues on the Investor Relations Team. You will manage administrative tasks and prioritize commitments to respect deadlines. A Day in the Life of a Senior Administrative Assistant Manage general administration activities with efficiency to ensure timely follow-up Act as a first point of contact for investors, handling routine correspondence & requests Maintain the Investor Relations calendar Organize travel arrangements and logistics in line with the Nestlé Policy Support the coordination of investor events with external partners Provide occasional support with travel expenses Manage the Procure-to-pay process What will make you successful Confirmed experience as an Assistant within Nestlé or solid experience in a similar role Previous experience in a communication, investor relations, or similar department is a plus Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organization skills Reliable with strong attention to details and capacity to work within tight deadlines Integrity, with an ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality Autonomous, driven and agile with continuous improvement mindset Very good command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), SAP & Concur Fluency in English (spoken & written), any additional language would be a plus Nestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
