SAP Procure To Pay (P2P) Consultant

With a presence across the Americas and expertise in SAP solutions, we lead initiatives in data management, supply chains, robotics, and business processes. Design, implement, and support the SAP P2P process, which encompasses procurement, purchasing, goods receipt, and invoice processing. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user support, often within the context of SAP S/4HANA or Ariba. Responsibilities: • Working with business stakeholders to understand their P2P needs and translate them into functional specifications. • Designing and configuring SAP P2P solutions, including modules like Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FICO), and potentially Ariba for e-procurement. • Participating in the implementation of SAP P2P solutions, including unit tests, system integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Providing ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements to the P2P process. • Maintaining up-to-date functional documentation for the P2P process. • Working with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT professionals, and SAP consultants. • Providing training to end-users on how to use the SAP P2P system. • May be involved in data mapping, cleansing, and conversion during project phases. Mandatory Skills Description: • Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study • 6 years of SAP experience. • Solid understanding of the SAP P2P process, including modules like MM, FICO, and Ariba. • Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice processing, and supplier management. • Ability to configure SAP P2P settings and customize the system to meet business needs. • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions. • Strong communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT professionals. • Depending on the role, proficiency in areas like ABAP development or SQL may be required.
