Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users. Key Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and analyze data from manufacturing operations, inventory systems, and supply chain activities. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for planning and management teams. Develop dashboards and visualizations to track production metrics, inventory status, and capacity utilization. Support demand forecasting and inventory planning through data modeling and trend analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with production schedules. Identify process bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements. Maintain database systems and support data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity. Assist in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as requested by the Planning Manager. Qualifications: Fluency in English is required [TOEIC score of 785: Listening score of 400, Reading score of 385], to ensure effective communication across teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) and familiar with database tools (e.g., SQL, Access). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong advantage. Knowledge of Kinaxis or similar supply chain planning software is a plus, but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or planning environment preferred. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
