Job Title: Junior Operations Manager Location: Hotazel, Northern Cape (Mine-based) Industry: Mining Salary: R20,000 R30,000 per month A mining operation located in Hotazel, Northern Cape is seeking a proactive and driven Junior Operations Manager to join their on-site team. The ideal candidate will assist the senior management team with day-to-day operational functions, contribute to optimizing mining processes, and ensure the smooth running of site activities. Responsibilities: Support the Operations Manager in the planning and execution of mining operations Monitor production targets, safety standards, and operational procedures Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Liaise with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, and logistics Assist in the preparation of operational reports, shift handovers, and production data Identify areas for operational improvement and cost-efficiency Participate in workforce management, shift planning, and coordination Monitor equipment usage and availability on site Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 24 years experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment (preferably site-based) Strong knowledge of mining processes, production, and safety protocols Valid drivers license How To Apply : Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
