Our Medical Affairs team in Southern Europe is growing, and we are looking for our new Nordberg Medical Institute Regional Manager – Southern Europe As the Medical Education Manager for Southern Europe, you will report to the Director of the Nordberg Medical Academy and play a crucial role in the strategic and operational development of the Nordberg Medical Institute (NMI) education program and its implementation in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. This program aims to enhance healthcare professionals' (HCPs) knowledge and skills, providing the scientific and medical support necessary to optimize the use of Nordberg Medical's innovative products. You will mostly work on : Building and successfully implementing the strategic educational event plan per country, including coordination and scheduling of the Southern Europe faculty and KOLs. Managing local workshops: collaborating closely with local teams, providing relevant localized materials, coordinating contracts with KOLs, speakers, and event providers, considering current legal and regulatory requirements, and managing budgets. Localizing and implementing international guidelines for local training programs, standardizing workshops and educational events aligned with customer needs, defining success metrics (KPIs), and supporting data collection for experiences or medical programs. Ensuring adherence to event processes and compliance with relevant regulations. Developing and being accountable for strategic Experience Programs and in-clinical workshops in coordination with local Key Account Managers. Supporting and independently leading, in cooperation with the NMI director, the management of local symposia, one-off events, expert forums, and national congresses, as well as supporting the development of regional training facilities and centers of excellence. Reviewing and revising international training and communication modules, coordinating with internal stakeholders to adapt them to local standards and needs. This is a highly collaborative role, involving work within a cross-functional local team in Southern Europe and the global Medical Affairs team. As an early member of the Nordberg Medical team, you'll have a unique opportunity to contribute to our journey as a global leader in regenerative solutions. Regular travel to conferences and group meetings will be required. What you bring to this role Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical education, healthcare training, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations in Southern Europe, including contract management with KOLs and speakers, and experience ensuring compliance with relevant regulations related to medical education and events. Proven experience managing and coordinating educational programs and events for healthcare professionals at regional or international levels. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects across different countries, including budgeting, financial monitoring, and resource allocation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and French is highly desirable. Why should you join our team?
