SAP Order To Cash Consultant

Position involves designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions for the sales cycle, from order creation to payment receipt. The role could include consulting with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into SAP configurations and customizations. Responsibilities may also include project management, team leadership, and training end-users. Responsibilities: • Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy within the Order to Cash cycle. • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for the Order to Cash process. • Configure and customize SAP systems to support the defined Order to Cash processes. • Manage the implementation of SAP OTC solutions, including testing and go-live activities. • Provide ongoing support and optimization of SAP OTC systems to ensure continued efficiency and accuracy. • Develop and deliver training materials for users on the new SAP OTC system and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget for SAP OTC implementations. Mandatory Skills Description: • Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study. • 6 years of SAP experience. • In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP SD processes, including sales order management, shipping, billing, and credit management. • Understanding of the integration between SAP SD and FI, particularly in areas like revenue recognition and accounts receivable management. • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its features related to Order to Cash, including the new integrated processes. • Strong understanding of general business processes, particularly within the Order to Cash cycle. • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. • Ability to identify and resolve issues within the SAP OTC system. • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the Order to Cash process.
