About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled System Lead Supervisor to oversee the use and performance of the JD Logistics Warehouse Management System (WMS) across all shifts in Mexico. In this role, you will act as the Point of Contact (PoC) with the JD Logistics IT team, addressing and resolving any issues affecting daily operations. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a problem-solving manual aimed at improving performance and operational efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues quickly. Key Responsibilities: System Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all JDL Warehouse Management System users in Mexico, ensuring that any system-related issues during daily operations are quickly addressed and resolved. Problem-Solving: Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues in real-time, minimizing operational disruptions. Shift Coordination: Oversee system operations across multiple shifts, ensuring seamless system usage and issue resolution during each shift. Performance Optimization: Develop and maintain a problem-solving manual that provides step-by-step guidance to improve operational performance and resolve common issues effectively. Collaboration with IT: Work closely with the IT JDL team to identify, report, and track recurring issues or system bugs that require long-term solutions. Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to key users of the WMS, ensuring they are equipped to troubleshoot basic issues independently. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation on system issues, resolutions, and operational best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement: Identify trends in system issues and collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement improvements to the WMS and related workflows. Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 3PL operation or e-commerce operation. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues effectively. Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations. Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and working across multiple shifts. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to identify root causes of issues and ensure the system operates at optimal efficiency. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with IT teams, warehouse operations teams, and key system users to resolve issues and improve system performance. Documentation: Experience in creating manuals, training guides, or process documentation to improve operational performance and knowledge sharing.
