About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our JD Logistics operations team in Mexico, with a focus on warehouse and systems functions including the System Lead Supervisor role. This position plays a critical part in partnering with frontline leaders, such as shift supervisors and systems specialists, to build high-performing teams, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency through effective people strategies. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to local management and employees, driving engagement, talent development, and workforce planning. You’ll need strong knowledge of labor laws, experience in fast-paced logistics or manufacturing environments, and the ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on support. Key Responsibilities HR Partnership: Act as the primary HR advisor to operations leads, including System Lead Supervisors and Warehouse Management, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business goals. Talent Management: Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development for system operations and warehouse staff. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations when needed, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and JD policies. Shift Support: Partner with multi-shift leaders to support workforce planning, attendance management, and shift-specific HR needs. Training & Development: Collaborate with operations and systems leaders to identify training needs (e.g., WMS use, leadership skills), and support program implementation. Change Management: Help drive change initiatives such as system upgrades, organizational restructuring, and continuous improvement programs. Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies, safety protocols, and disciplinary procedures are consistently applied. HR Analytics: Monitor HR KPIs (turnover, engagement, absenteeism), conduct root cause analyses, and propose actionable improvements. Qualifications Experience: 5–10 years of HR experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related industries. Prior experience supporting operational or systems teams is highly desirable. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus. Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Chinese is a plus. HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, employee relations, and workforce planning. People-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach managers and build trust with employees at all levels. Operational Acumen: Understanding of logistics environments, including exposure to WMS or similar systems support teams. Problem-Solving: A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and resolve complex people challenges. Systems: Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
