Architect - Project Manager

Responsabilities: Support the companies in the elaboration of technical projects mainly toll plazas, control buildings and others, as well as the necessary civil works (such as new lanes, installations, drainage, defences, etc.), from the elaboration of Terms of Reference to the coordination and/or supervision of the projects. These projects will be both maintenance and construction projects. Support and control the companies in the management and supervision of building and civil works projects, in relation to the technical part of the same before proceeding with their execution. Support in the definition of technical criteria for the creation and revision of the concessionary companies' long-term budgets for civil works and construction (LTP). Monitoring of activities related to buildings and civil works in each of the business units and reporting to the Director of Control and Technical Support. Requirement: Architecture, Engineering-Architecture with specialisation in Project Management. Minimum 5 years experience in architectural and general building projects. Desirable experience in toll booth projects, including associated civil works. Knowledge of construction methods in building and installations. AUTOCAD knowledge English Advanced
