UX Designer

Your New Role As a Service/UX Designer – CRM & Marketing Automation , you will be embedded within a high-impact team. Your mission will be to design intuitive, inclusive, and user-centered digital experiences that empower internal teams and enhance service delivery to Canadian exporters. You will play a pivotal role in the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (SF-FC) and Marketing Cloud (SF-MC), ensuring seamless integration and optimal user engagement. What You'll Need to Succeed Experience : Proven track record as a senior UX and/or Service Designer, ideally within Salesforce platforms (SF-FC, SF-MC) and B2B financial services. Design Expertise : Strong capabilities in service design, UX research, usability testing, UX writing, and prototyping using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural, and Dovetail. User-Centered Mindset : Deep empathy for users, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions and user flows. Accessibility & Inclusion : Solid understanding of WCAG 2.2, the Accessible Canada Act, and inclusive design principles. Collaboration : Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams using tools like Azure DevOps. Ability to align stakeholders and facilitate workshops. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset. Salesforce Knowledge : Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and experience designing within CRM and MAP ecosystems. Reliability status needed.
