Commercial Property Lawyer

Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the Sheffield office PQE Required: 3–5 years We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Property Lawyer to join our clients growing legal team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong experience in commercial real estate to work with a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions. This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in the office and 4 days remote working. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, and property finance. Advise clients on development projects, land purchases, and planning matters. Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other related documents. Liaise with clients, surveyors, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of transactions. Provide commercially sound legal advice tailored to client objectives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law and regulations. Contribute to business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships. Requirements: Qualified solicitor or legal executive (England & Wales), ideally 2-5 years PQE (but all levels considered). Proven experience in commercial property transactions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Client-focused with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
