For more information, visit: https://www.rina.org/it/rinacheck Key Accountabilities Coordinate external and internal teams of professionals Carry out inspections based on the project documentation Manage contacts and maintain relationships with public and private clients Coordinate and plan field assignments for project management activities Responsible for one or more projects or clients Plan and schedule workload of field personnel, ensure understanding and fulfillment of assignment requirements Assist field personnel in executing their responsibilities Evaluate performance of field personnel Ensure data entry into RINA systems complies with procedures Ensure activities are executed according to Rina Check Quality Management System Comply with HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines Be aware of the quality of own work and its impact on service delivery, contributing to QMS improvements Manage direct liaison with customers, suppliers, and field personnel Manage relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues Ensure services meet requirements within cost and delivery targets Education Master’s Degree in Engineering (General) or Architecture Qualifications Knowledge of the construction and design process according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 Registration in the relevant professional register Competencies Promote sustainable development by keeping promises and serving as a role model Manage emotions by recognizing and regulating reactions Pioneer change by embracing new circumstances Build networks by establishing trust relationships Make effective decisions by prioritizing activities and managing resources Address situations with a broad perspective Think forward by translating experiences into future action plans Maintain client intimacy by understanding and meeting client needs Earn trust by valuing diverse opinions and remaining open-minded RINA is a multinational company offering services across energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, and R&D sectors.
