Product Manager - Mestre

Position: Product Manager - Digital Transformation & CRM Company Overview: Important multinational group leading in the development of software dedicated to digital transformation, seeking a Product Manager. Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation and development of information systems supporting CRM processes in Environmental Sustainability and Eco-sustainable Supply Chain sectors. Serve as a technical and functional reference for clients across Italy, planning, executing, and optimizing effective product strategies. Lead and coordinate an internal product management team, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Solution Specialists, overseeing planning and activity timelines. Manage budget objectives, including revenue and contribution margin targets. Analyze organizational processes of utility sector clients, focusing on sales and distribution. Model business plans from current ('As-Is') to future ('To-Be') states. Support technical and economic evaluations for design and pre-sales activities. Propose customized software solutions compliant with regulatory requirements. Approve functional/technical analyses and system parametrization. Provide assistance, training, and support during user testing and go-live phases. Verify software implementation and ensure quality of project deliverables. Manage user feedback and resolve issues. Requirements: Degree in technical, economic, or related disciplines. Experience in structured IT environments in a similar role. Proficiency in English.
