Job Description
RESPONSABİLİTİES Coordinating the transmitting of the set of orders-data into the electronic environment to be able to do the analysis of needs of the incoming customer-orders successfully. Ensuringthe customer-orders to be considered according to the Teklas policy of logistics. Providing the consensus about the still open issues with the related departments of Teklas which were identified in the analysis of the orders. Coordination of the shipments. In case of missing quantities of shipments, warning the planning-units and providing the precautions. Determining the security stock policy according to the needs of company and providing the currency of the quantities in the system Providing the data exchange between Teklas and the warehouses abroad and maintaining the operations to be done according to the demands of the customers. Being the representative of an existing/new customer in the company by answering the special or the ever-changing needs about material planning/procurement or logistics issues. Acting according to the company procedures during the department activities, keeping records required by the information flow of the company, preparing the reports and handing them over to the top management and to the relating departments. Reviewing the issues about the customer complaints and substantial penalties caused by the owned processes and ensuring the precautions to be taken in order to avoid the repeat of the mistakes. Working on researchs for the reduction and optimisation of the costs. Identifying the educational needs of his/her own and his/her personnel and providing these education plans to be realized. Representing the company towards the private and official organisations in the issues relating his/her duties and responsibilities. Performing the duties and responsibilities which are determined and defined by the top management. Beside the duties listed above, when required, fulfilling and/or having it fulfilled the temporary or permanent tasks given additionally by the top management.
