Position Overview The role of the Senior MLOps Engineer is to build, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for AI-driven pathology solutions. Leverage Flyte for ML workflow orchestration and scalable data/compute pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists to improve model serving, feature engineering, and data management strategie, Enhance observability, logging, and alerting for ML workflows. Technical Requirements 5 years of experience in MLOps, ML infrastructure, or related roles Expertise in building and deploying ML models at scale using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Proficiency in CI/CD for ML, including MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX. Experience with distributed computing using Ray and workflow orchestration with Flyte Solid programming skills in Python, Bash, and SQL. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar). Experience with data pipelines and ETL frameworks (Apache Airflow, Prefect, or similar). Strong understanding of model performance optimization and scaling strategies. Background in healthcare, digital pathology, or medical imaging is a plus. Why Join Us?
